How do I make a change to my car/home insurance policy?

To make changes to your car policy simply log onto your MyAXA account and follow the simple steps. In MyAXA you can change your car, add a driver and change your address.

How can I make changes to my van policy?

I bought a new car and need to change my policy, how I can do this?

How do I add driver to my car insurance policy?

If you wish to add a driver just for few days or until your renewal date you can amend your policy in your MyAXA account.

Can I change the car on my policy just for few days when my car is in repair?

Yes, you can change the car on your policy temporarily whilst your own car is in for repair. You can update your policy in your MyAXA account.


You can extend and cancel the temporary cover on your policy at any time. Simply log into your MyAXA account.

I want to cancel my car insurance policy. How can I do this?

Cooling off cancellation (new business cancellation)

If you change your mind after you take out a car, home or van insurance policy with AXA, you can cancel this policy within 14 days. This is called the “cooling off” period.

Mid-term cancellations

If you wish to cancel your policy mid- term please return your certificate of insurance with a written request to:
