MyAXA is available to AXA private motor insurance and home insurance policy holders only. Other policy types, such as commercial motor insurance & travel insurance policies, cannot be managed online at this time.

1. Visit the MyAXA registration page. Please have your policy number to hand

2. Enter your details and create a secure password for your MyAXA account

3. Please read the Terms of Use and check the box to accept them

4. We'll send you a 6-digit code to verify your account by email

   Our email may take a few minutes to arrive, please be patient. Please remember to check your junk or spam folder(s). If you are using Gmail, please check under the ‘Promotions’ tab.

5. Enter the verification code

   That's it! You'll be logged in to your registered MyAXA account
