For all other claims you can call us on 0345 8 282823 or use our online form to tell us about your claim and we will call you back as soon as possible.

What to expect

Making a claim can be stressful so we’ve made the process as simple and hassle free as possible.

You will have a local claims handler for the duration of your claim.
We can manage any repairs, so that you don’t have to get estimates or fill in paperwork.
When using our approved repairer network we provide a replacement car while yours is getting fixed.
You can track the progress of your claim through your MyAXA account or if you don’t have a MyAXA account you can track your claim online through 'Manage Your Claim'.
