For all other claims you can call us on 0345 8 282823 or use our online form to tell us about your claim and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Making a claim can be stressful so we’ve made the process as simple and hassle free as possible.

  • You will have a local claims handler for the duration of your claim.
  • We can manage any repairs, so that you don’t have to get estimates or fill in paperwork.
  • When using our approved repairer network we provide a replacement car while yours is getting fixed.
  • You can track the progress of your claim through your MyAXA account or if you don’t have a MyAXA account you can track your claim online through 'Manage Your Claim'.
