• What is MyAXA?

  MyAXA is an online self-service platform that allows you to do most things for your Car and Home Insurance without having to call us.

  With MyAXA you can:

  • view and download your policy documents
  • make a payment
  • change your car
  • add a driver
  • update your personal details
  • upload your policy documents
  • report and track your claim
  • renew your policy

  Login to your MyAXA account.

  To register for MyAXA, you’ll need your policy number, email address and date of birth.

  Make sure you’re using the email address associated with your policy when registering.

• Can I get my AXA Plus card in MyAXA?

  Yes, you can view your AXA plus card from the overview page in your MyAXA account.

  Login to MyAXA or register with MyAXA to access your AXA plus card.

• Can I get a Home Insurance quote in MyAXA?

  Yes. If you're a Car Insurance customer you can get a quick quote for your Home Insurance from your MyAXA account.

  Log in to your MyAXA account or to register for MyAXA, you'll need your policy number, email address and date of birth.
