What is the excess on my home insurance policy?

The standard excess on our home insurance policy is £50. Claims for the escape of water are subject to £300 excess and subsidence claims have an excess of £1000.

You can also opt for an additional voluntary voluntary excess in return for a premium reduction. The excess amount is noted on your Schedule, which you can view through your MyAXA account. To register for MyAXA, please visit here.
