Call into your local AXA Direct branch or ring us on 0845 828 2823 (day or night). We will take the details and try to make things as painless as possible. Most home claims are settled within 10-14 days.

Your no claims discount will be lost but we only increase our premium if a customer’s overall claims experience is a problem or if our rates in general are increasing.


Yes. We will pay up to £500 to get new locks fitted.


Yes, as long as you use professional contractors and the removal takes no longer that 72 hours. China, glass and other fragile items are not covered so be careful!


We accept that things can go wrong. If you are unhappy with our service, contact your local branch. If we cannot put things right there and then, you can ring our Customer Care Team on 0800 039 1970. This won’t affect your rights to take legal action.
