Claim without blame - we don’t think you should be penalised over something that’s not your fault. So if an uninsured driver hits your car, you won’t lose your No Claims Discount.
We offer a stepback, so you won't lose your full No Claims Discount if you have an accident, or if someone makes a claim against you. Because accidents happen.
From time to time you may need to borrow a friend or family member's car. You're covered to drive other cars you don't own with the owner's permission.
If your car is damaged as a result of an accident, fire or theft, we will provide you with a replacement car for as long we are dealing with an accidental damage claim. You will need to use an AXA-approved repairer. If your car is a write-off we will arrange for a replacement car for up to 21 days while you source an alternative vehicle.
Replacement car cover is included as standard for car insurance policies. This cover only applies if you have Comprehensive cover, or Third party fire and theft cover and the damage is caused by fire, theft or attempted theft.
