Our Assumptions

• You (and your named drivers)
• You or your spouse/partner is the main user of the Car
• Your No Claims Discount was earned on a car or commercial vehicle (not a moped or motorcycle)
• Have no more than 6 penalty points
• Have been a resident of Northern Ireland, the UK or the Republic Of Ireland for at least the last three (3) years
• Licence was issued in Northern Ireland, the UK, the Republic of Ireland, or the EU
• In the past 5 years, have never been disqualified from driving
• In the past 5 years, have never been convicted of any motoring or criminal offence or have any prosecution pending (other than penalty points)
• Have never been refused a proposal for motor insurance or renewal
• Have never had any special terms or conditions imposed or a claim declined
• Have never had a motor insurance policy cancelled by your insurance company
• Have never had any medical condition, impairment or mental or physical disability that may affect your ability to drive safely that has not been notified to the licensing authorities

• Your Car
• You or your spouse or partner is the owner or registered owner of the Car
• Has not been modified from the manufacturers specification including chipping and tuning and is not a kit car
• Has been first registered in Northern Ireland, the UK or the Republic of Ireland

• Your (and your named drivers') licence
• Have a full Northern Ireland, UK or Republic of Ireland or EU Full Licence
